While Attorney Fazeli has substantial litigation experience and is fully prepared to advocate in court when necessary, she believes that court intervention, particularly in family law cases, should be a last resort. In her experience, many matters can be resolved when both parties act civilly, follow the law, and pursue equitable outcomes. She has seen too many families unnecessarily deplete their assets through prolonged litigation, only to arrive at results that could have been achieved more efficiently through an uncontested dissolution.
